Terms of service
These terms apply to the use of Cardiac, operated by (not provided yet), by businesses. Cardiac is not offered to consumers.
Scope
These terms govern the contract between (not provided yet) and the organization that registers for Cardiac. Conflicting terms of the customer do not apply.
The service
Cardiac monitors websites from our servers, records results, and sends alerts through the channels you configure. Features and limits depend on the plan of your organization.
Accounts and organizations
Keep your credentials and API keys confidential. Owners and admins of an organization are responsible for its members and their permissions.
Acceptable use
Only monitor websites you own or are authorized to monitor. Do not use Cardiac to overload, scan, or attack systems. We may suspend organizations that do.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. We process personal data on your behalf according to our data processing agreement and the privacy policy.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is announced when possible.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. Prices are net plus VAT. Plan limits apply as described on your usage page.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the billing period. You can export your data before termination.
Governing law
The law of the operator’s seat applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s seat, as far as legally permitted.
